Play nice with AMP

Problem/Motivation

While Blazy formatters can simply be replaced by the relevant AMP formatters at AMP view modes,
Blazy Filter still needs manual theme overrides to play nice with AMP project.

OP:
I checked "Lazyload inline images, or video iframes, using Blazy" in content formats. Images can load on normal page view but on AMP page view it can not load. How can i fix it?

Proposed resolution

Disable Blazy, not enable of course.

Known issues

AMP uses similar padding hacks technique to make media responsive like Blazy, only the opposite direction and uglier with extra markups than Blazy. Blazy must prevents double hacks to happen.
