When on mobile view, the facets in primary sidebar collapse to above the main content, as expected.
The problem with this is when we have several facets this takes up a lot of space above the products, users have to scroll down a lot to find the actual products.
I have considered a couple of other solutions:
1. Put the facets in secondary sidebar but then the opposite issue happens, the user will never know they can filter with facets if they don't scroll all the way to the bottom of the page.
2. Have the facets collapsed by default on mobile view. Better but with many facets this can still take up several screens of space above the products.
3. Have all facets hidden on mobile, and display toggled on click of a "Search" button or similar.
4. Put the facets behind a bootstrap style burger menu somehow.
None seem perfect or easy to implement to me. So has anyone else considered this or have suggestions?
