Updated NodeRouteContext to work with layout builder

Context should be updated so it is capable of responding on layout-builder builder routes.

A similar exception should be devised to how it currently responds on node-add routes.

Just tested this and it works for routes provided by OverridesSectionStorage (i.e /node/1/layout) but not DefaultsSectionStorage (i.e /admin/structure/types/manage/article/display/default/layout)

Was this ticket referring to the latter?
