Adding field states to a credit card, markup field, or Paragraphs field results in whitescreen and log message: "Field type: "[fieldtype]" was unrecognized. Please report on the Field States UI Issue Queue. For quickest resolution, please include what module it comes from." Credit card field module is https://www.drupal.org/project/creditfield → , I'm using a custom version of that module but it appears the problem is the unknown fieldtype. Markup module is https://www.drupal.org/project/markup → . Entity reference field is a paragraph field (with a taxonomy entity reference field within it): https://www.drupal.org/project/paragraphs → .
