Styling for multilevel menu is not proper in mobile

When a Multilevel dropdown menu is created and opened in mobile resolution the Dropdown (+) sign and the Dropdown close icon (X) overlap each other.

Verified #4 patch on 10.3.x, the overlapping issue of cross icon with the expand icon is fixed. RTBC++
