@Frank Pfabigan, Thank you for reporting this problem. We rely on issue reports like this one to resolve bugs and improve Drupal core.
Has this been resolved? If so, can you share what you because it may help others? If not, can you add steps to reproduce?
In order to investigate this the steps to reproduce the issue → (starting from "Install Drupal core") are needed. I am changing the status until that is added to this issue. If you are able to provide the steps, also change the status to 'Active'. If we don't receive additional information to help with the issue, it may be closed after three months.

More information was asked for 8 months ago so this issue can be investigated. Since that hasn't been supplied I am closing this issue.
If anyone can replicate this, add the steps to reproduce to the issue summary and re-open.
