The DNT (Do Not Track) specification has been discontinued. See https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTTP/Headers/DNT or https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Navigator/doNotTrack
The consent method : "automatic" uses opt-in when DNT is 1 or not set, and consent by default when DNT is 0. In most browsers you can't set DNT to 0, this would be a "yes please track me" settings. This leaves the DNT=1 setting you can set in eg. chrome. But as this just enables the opt-in method there's really no difference between automatic and opt-in.
My suggestion would be a new consent method where we to consider DNT=1 as if the user has opted out ( cookie-agree = 0 )
