After implementing this Fine module - if you select 'create new account' the Locale section does not fill with the Default of the system. The select list shows all Timezones but chosing Los Angeles for example, doesn't show Los Angeles after selection is made.
*note* I'm adding to this issue that I needed to implement Localization for control over Phone number format/address modules and date/time.
