Use the date field type instead of a textfield on the date condition

Problem/Motivation

The textfield on the date condition can be a bit overwhelming for non developers, as content admins may not be aware of the strtotime format.

Proposed Solution

Use the date field type, which will allow a user to select a date using a popup calendar which is more intuitive for non developers.
