Question bank should only show questions no already on the quiz

On the Manage Questions page, in the Question Bank vertical tab, it allows you add any Question to the Quiz you are on. In Quiz 4, this listing was contextually aware (ie it knew which quiz it was on and only showed new questions, not ones already added to that specific quiz).

It looks like since we upgrade to Quiz 5, this Question Bank view no longer has a contextual filter and would have no way of knowing which questions were invalid.

I don't have budget to look at this currently, but hope to spend some of my own time working on this issue soon. In the meantime, if anyone has a quick solution, feel free to share.
