Request to make lightning scheduler UI properly translatable

The current code which provides provision for partial translation of the workflow schedule, does not help much to convey the
meaning to a Non-English speaker.

While translating the entire sentence needs to be rearranged sometimes and that is not possible at the moment due to the code on #86 and #101
of /modules/lightning_scheduler/js/TransitionSet.es6.js
