Autocomplete is not working for languages other than the default language

Indeed. I am getting this error when the entity is not translatable:

InvalidArgumentException: Invalid translation language (en) specified. in Drupal\Core\Entity\ContentEntityBase->getTranslation()

My base language is not en and I was viewing the page in English.

And the site is only in English... so..?

I have the same error with version 1.4 on views that display content for which translation is not applicable
