GraphQL 8.x-4.0 compatibility

Hi,

We've been using the patch for a while now and it's been working nicely. The only problem we've found is the link to debug queries in the GraphQL explorer being broken. Here's a version of the patch including interdiff of our changes. It's a bit unclear to me if this is the correct way to contribute to this issue, but hopefully it can be of use.

Have created a new version (4.x) which should be Drupal 10 ready, PHP 8.1 and be compatible with 3.x

All that is missing at the moment is a few of the tests are failing but locally it all seems to be working.

If others could give this a try it would be great & possibly fix the broken tests.

Just a reminder: 4.x requires GraphQL 4.x
