SnapEngage have introduced a EU-version of their script, which basically just loads the JS source through a european server instead of a US server. The module should allow the user to switch between EU or non-EU sources.

I'm closing this since Drupal 7 is now unsupported and there will be no more development on the Drupal 7 branch of the Snapengage module either.
