Hi, I'm trying to authenticate with JWT, but I get the following response when I try to add an authorization config:

Client error: `POST https://eurogroupforanimals.my.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/token` resulted in a `400 Bad Request` response: {"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"user hasn't approved this consumer"}

When I try login.salesforce.com instead of eurogroupforanimals.my.salesforce.com I get the error "wrong client id".

I'm doing some cleanup on unsupported branches.
Please re-open this issue and update the version to 5.0.x-dev if this issue is still applicable to the latest release.

I'm still getting this behavior in 5.0.x. Like the others I've followed the guide to a T. If I manually insert the access and refresh token from postman (`https://login.salesforce.com/services/oauth2/token?grant_type=authorizat...`) I can access the API, but whenever I try to save the configuration form I get the same error.
