Fix coding standards

I repurposed this issue to be a blanket solution of "everything" and only then noticed the meta issue. I wonder if it is worth the effort to split everytthing out, though. Maybe try and get a low-hanging fruit patch going and create separate tasks if stuff crops up that is harder to fix.

There is an empty hook requirements in the module which is responsible for quite a few violations, so for now I think we should delete it. I created 📌 Re-implement hook_requirements Needs work to look at it more thoroughly.

Please review fixed most of the errors.
