Impossible to sync products

Hi, every time I try to sync products I've the following error:

We were unable to process the request. A product with the provided ID already exists in the account.

If I try to buy a product there is a long timeout followed by:

A product with the provided variant ID does not exist in the account for this list

In this state the module is unusable and unreliable.
