bulkDelete need Build Index Params Event

During index backend tries to delete from index the items that should not be in the index anymore (because of the processors decision, in my case Entity status processor, that ignore unpublished custom entity items).

I found that this request also requires the mapping type property. So it would be nice to dispatch BuildIndexParamsEvent on params array here too.
