I see that this feature was completed when #2989279: Add a target to entity ID → was done.
I found what I'm looking for but the patch has only been applied to the Drupal 7 version: https://www.drupal.org/project/feeds/issues/1570544 →
Any chance on being able to do this for D8 feeds importer too?
