Off-canvas dialog style update

I'm not exactly sure where to put this, but I've been demoing a version of the off-canvas dialog that does not use jQuery.

This demo depends on using the popover api which is included in Chrome version 114 which just went stable recently. The API is also in an experimental phase for Firefox and Safari according to : https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/Popover_API

We were joking at Drupalcon that this might take 5 years before we could use it, but it's starting to look like 5 months. So maybe we can do this in Drupal 11.1?
