Known core bug 🐛 States API doesn't work with multiple select fields Needs review - will be fixed in core eventually... hopefully.
Currently when the selected 'Comparison Type' is 'Value' it displays a text input field which doesn't recognise any typed entry as a valid/existing field from the target field therefor wont autofill.
I suggest that a checkbox list of the Target field's multiple values replaces the current text input field.
