Methods(GET POST DELETE PATCH) per entity type

Problem/Motivation

Using jsonapi to create node using POST with basic auth.

Would like to block all other methods.

Proposed resolution

Can we have a checkbox like the REST module where you can choose the allowed methods per entity type?
