Everytime I install Drupal, I select the Country, but the "Default Time Zone" doesn't change based on your country selection. As far as I can remember, Drupal 7 did choose the timezone based on your country.
It's not important, but it's a nice to have.

This should be improved by #3016427: Default timezone selection incorrect → . And like the similar issue, #2072489: Preselect proper timezone depending on selected country (or limit the list to only valid timezones) → , I am closing this as outdated.
