Does not work with custom entities with base fields

Hi

I have been working with the maintainer of https://www.drupal.org/project/recurring_events → to get that project from dev to stable. That still needs some work, and indeed it currently only creates entity types rather than entity bundles.

This module is great, but currently it does not interract with this module to show the event_instances entity fields, as it appears this module does not work with base fields only with configurable fields in entity bundles.

So not sure which way to go, If this module could work with the base fields, it would be highly useful, or is there another way to make this work via another method in the meantime.

    @Mingsong I don't understand why this issue is being closed as outdated. Also, the link to the fullcalendar block module seems unrelated to me here as well.

    I do have a custom entity with a daterange base-field. And when I apply the patch from #14, it does work as expected, but bot without that patch.

    Hi @Jürgen,

    In plain English, this module is in 'Minimally maintained' mode and won't consider a 'Feature request' raised 4 years ago.

    It is totally your choice to user which moulds.

    I reason I recommend Fullcalendar Block module here is that module is still accept new features.

    It is good to know that the patch #14 works for you, but it requires more feedback as this change need to be tested for all kind of scenarios.
