Process plugin for debugging

Problem/Motivation

Using process plugins can be daunting (depending on your mileage). When building a migration for paragraphs into a host node, I created a debug plugin that simply displays the plugin value with var_dump(). I found it useful.

If others support this idea, I can provide the code.

Proposed resolution

Add a debug plugin to migrate_plus module.
