Hey Jim - while working with my current class of Drupal students, we stumbled upon this module and had a discussion about how to evaluate modules that don't have full releases.
One of the things we discussed was that sometimes module maintainers have a particular list of goals that they want to meet prior to tagging an official release.
I didn't see an existing issue with this type of information, so I thought that I'd ask you for one.
Is there a list of open issues that you feel need to be closed prior to tagging a full release?
