I just installed this module to check the number of files in my local file system that do not have corresponding entries in the file_managed table.
At first glance, I thought it would be nice to be able to filter the listing by the various properties, specifically MIME, so I could filter all non-image files out. A search filter may also be useful in order to find files with specific extensions. To be able to find files that contain NO extension could also be useful.
