Is GTranslate still maintained?

I am creating this issue as per Dealing with unsupported (abandoned) projects.

Is GTranslate still developed? Will be there new commits on its drupal.org repository in the next months (i.e. before December)?

As I can see:

• The project owner has not been active on drupal.org since 2016
• There are open issues created 6 years ago; the majority of them has been created 3 years ago
• The last commit has been done on September 6, 2016 →
• The last releases have been created on September 6, 2016
• The site linked in many issues for downloading a Pro version of the module doesn't exist anymore
