Drag and drop of media and text duplicates embedded media

Problem/Motivation

An embedded media is duplicated if draged-and-dropped together with text. It seems that drag and drop is only supported by using the handle - except for text, where we do not have a handle.

Steps to reproduce

• Select text and an embedded media
• Drag and drop somewhere else
• See that embedded media is duplicated

Proposed resolution

Since we do not have any visual support for drag and drop we might not want to allow it at all except for using handles.

(This might be a ckeditor problem, posting it in media subsystem to bring it to media maintainers attention)
