Today I got report from my customer, then I noticed there are several payment it showing completely on site, but I have not received the payment in my stripe. that's why I didn't get the notice from stripe for payment.
For the order payment I have recieved, I can see from the payment page "admin/commerce/orders/237/payment" there is a table showing the detail info.
For the order payment I have not received. its empty on the page "admin/commerce/orders/123/payment" please see my screenshot below:
Those payment I have not recieved are happened before the 14 Sept, so it shouldn't be the 3D Secure problem.
because it has passed many days, I can't find any log info for these payment, I am wondering are there other way that I can find out what's going on...Thanks
