Truncate only the synced taxonomy vocabularies on "full" import

Problem/Motivation

Its possible that I am using the module outside its design limits, but I need to have synced only the exported taxonomy vocabularies. The specific issue I have is that vocabularies not being exported as "synced" have their taxonomy terms deleted with --choice="full".
I see no reason for that not being the case, as if anyone would like to have their vocabularies erased, he can just select them for sync.

Solution

Just truncate only the synced vocabularies on "full" import.
