Can't add links to the menu due to missing menu entity parameter.

I know this issue is postponed but here's a patch (for version 2.0.0) that also works for multilingual sites.

I was getting access denied when I tried adding a link to a menu using the URL /fr/admin/structure/menu/manage/header/add. If I modified the URL manually to be /admin/structure/menu/manage/header/add, the error was gone.

I just released a new version (3.0.0-alpha1) of this module, which refactored almost all of the code in the .module. I'm curious if anyone is still experiencing the above issues when using the new version.
