Allow country_path to work with domain_source url rewriting

Problem/Motivation

Using the domain_source module to rewrite url paths does not work with country_path, because the outbound path processor always adds the suffix for the active domain, and doesn't substitute the suffix for the source domain when requested

Domain source uses the base_url option for its output. There is no need to add the Country path prefix anymore, as it is already available in the base url.

The 'external' option is not a supported key for outbound processing, so that can be removed.
