checkout completed, but no payment received from stripe

I completed the checkout twice, first one was by using an unactive credit card( I forget this one is unactive), but the checkout showing complete. second one was done by an active credit card, showing completed. but no payment received on my stripe account.

Please advise what's this problem it can be ? bacause there is only one rule setting page for stripe " admin/commerce/config/payment-methods " I don't know where other place that I can look into this problem. Thank you
