Lighting Scheduler Help Text

Would like if there could be some help text for the workflow scheduler. Along the lines of

            <li>The workflow status for "{ t('Change to') }" must match "Current state"</li>
            <li>Pick the new workflow status in "{ t('Change to') }"</li>
            <li>Click "{ t('Save') }" to save the date/time for the status change.</li>
            <li>Click "Save" to save all your changes in this template.</li>
