Provide clear messaging why you are logged out

When guardian protected users are kicked out of their session the only message they will see is "Your last access was more than x time ago".
However there are more reasons why you can be kicked out besides passed time. Specifically if your configuration is incorrect, e.g. mismatch of user email and configured guardian email.

When that other situation occurs the user should be correctly informed as to what is wrong so they know what to solve to be able to login.
