Drupal block - Change and/or hide title

Hi,

I would like suggest you to add the possibility to change and/or hide the title of the block in the Drupal block.

Now, we can just hide or change the title in the block configuration, but if the block must displayed in other context, or in other pages, where we want to display or not the title, it's not possible... We must create another block with the same content but with or without the title.

Somebody can propose an patch or other suggestion?
