    Lines 31 to 34 of the current README file (wtf?!):

    * Install the Commerce Order PDF module as you would normally install a
    contributed Drupal module. Visit
    https://www.drupal.org/node/1897420 → for further information.

    but none of the worlds "commerce", "order", "pdf" are present anywhere else in the release folder.

    => I wouldn't say this issue is "Closed (fixed)"...
