Add Roadmap

As a developer, I need to be able to create a module that can be installed that will install Story and Chapter paragraphs types.

• A story will reference chapters.
• Chapters will reference any type of paragraphs but Story and Chapter
• Chapters will have transition options the admin can select easily in the UI
• Chapters will have a required title (required because of the ToC), but an option to hide it in the display
• Chapters will have optional thumbnail images for jump menu
• Much like a jump menu, A Table of Contents (ToC) will be created to jump to the different sections of the page
