Has been 5 years and the library is no longer in use. Closing.
My hosting company does not allow the installation and usage of Composer. I am not in a position to change hosting platforms at this time.
As a workaround, I installed a localhost copy of Drupal 8 with Commerce 2 on my windows machine using xampp. I then used Composer to install the Commerce USPS module and its dependencies. This resulted in the following directory structure for the library:
/vendor/vinceg/usus-php-api/src/ (files)
I copied that dir to my live hosting server, but I am now receiving the error "Illegal choice in Shipping method element". Any ideas on how to fix, given my limitations with Composer on the server?
