Alter Media Configuration Page

At /admin/config/media, we have:
File system (/admin/config/media/file-system)
Image styles (/admin/config/media/image-styles)
Media settings (/admin/config/media/media-settings)
Responsive Image styles (/admin/config/media/responsive-image-style)
Image tool kits (/admin/config/media/image-toolkit)

Now that the Media module is in Core, we also have "Media" at:
Add media (/media/add)
Media (/admin/content/media)
Media types (/admin/structure/media)

The word "Media" is listed in (at least) 4 places in the Navigation menu.

Therefore, in an attempt to simply the Navigation menu as it relates to "Media" I would like to propose the following changes:

File system
Current path: /admin/config/media/file-system
Proposed path: /admin/config/system/file-system

Media settings
Current path: /admin/config/media/media-settings
Proposed path: /admin/config/system/embed-settings

Image styles
Current path: /admin/config/media/image-styles
Proposed path: /admin/config/images/image-styles

Responsive Image styles
Current path: /admin/config/media/responsive-image-style
Proposed path: /admin/config/images/responsive-image-styles

Image tool kits
Current path: /admin/config/media/image-toolkit
Proposed path: /admin/config/images/image-toolkit

    The Ideas project is being deprecated. This issue is moved to the Drupal project. Check that the selected component is correct. Also, add the relevant tags, especially any 'needs manager review' tags.

    I think there is another issue about these paths, so this may be a duplicate

    This also seems like a good time to check in to see if there is support for this feature request.

    I am setting the status at Postponed (maintainer needs more info) to get comments about the interest in this issue.
