I am running into the same issue, did anybody ever get this sorted?

@c_archer
No, because I didn't know how to obtain access to a S3 file system. I remember I attempted to sign up for Amazonβs Simple Storage Service, but at a certain step it asked for credit card details. Since I don't have that (the credit card is not so common in The Netherlands), I wasn't able to complete the sign up process. So eventually I gave up trying to fix things related to the S3 file system in Feeds. (See also #2912130-132: Missing temporary files in load balanced environments β )There is a related issue for the 8.x-3.x version: β¨ Add support for remote file systems for http downloaded data Active .

It works well on D9/10, we're trying to back port the feed to our D7 sites while we work on the migration to Drupal 10

Tried various patches, and additional modules on D7 but no luck. We will need to way up the cost of working on a D7 solution verses the time the feed importer will save.

β¨ Add support for remote file systems for http downloaded data Active is probably not the same issue, but it is one related to the S3 file system. That issue is about downloading data from a S3 file system, while this one looks to be about saving/uploading data to a S3 file system.

So the issue for me was a bad AWS key re-applied them via the ENV file and it started working.
