term_reference_change.migrator dependency

After updating version 8.x-1.0-alpha1 to 8.x-1.0-alpha2 the console returns the following error even after drush entup, drush updb or drush cr::

The service "term_merge.term_merger" has a dependency on a non-existent service "term_reference_change.migrator".

The return to version 8.x-1.0-alpha1 solves the problem
