We recently updated to Drupal 8.7. We followed the usual drush updb, drush cim and everything seemed to be okay.
After a few days though devs are reporting that when they do a drush cim there is a long list of items to import. They run this and it completes successfully, nor errors. If they run drush cim immediately again, there's a long list of imports, not quite as long as the previous.
Running import through the gui yields the same result.
Has anyone run into this?
