Closing this since no one worked on it. Happy to review merge requests but this didn't have one. Feel free to re-open if someone wants to contribute :)
Currently there is no way to show the video without privacy text. I guess a boolean option should be added above the input fields on the administration page which is enabled by default (keep current behaviour) but if disabled hides the input fields in the admin area and doesn't output the privacy texts.
