How to render an autocomplete_deluxe form element?

I want to render an autocomplete_deluex form element in an ajax callback defined in a node form hook_form_alter. In the ajax callback, I want to set multiple value into the autocomplete_deluex form element. Then in the hook_node_submit, I can extract values from the autocomplete_deluex form element and set into a $node->field_tags.
