Right now we use the default "Register" form mode for embedding the user registration form on checkout, but it's possible a merchant may want different fields in the context of the checkout form than a normal user registration process (e.g. to restrict it just to asking for an email address and password). Let's add a single form mode called "Checkout registration" used at both the "Login or register" step and the "Checkout completion" step.
The upgrade path should copy the "Register" form mode configuration if it is being used vs. the default settings.
