Views RSS and URL add "20hreflang"

Hi,

I'm facing an issue about URL formatting to create a RSS feed:

Actually the Link data give by default this kind of url:
<link>https://www.lycee-celony.com/%3Ca%20href%3D%22https%3A//www.lycee-celony.com/fr/vie-du-lycee/europe/projet-erasmus-2019%22%20hreflang%3D%22fr%22%3Eview%3C/a%3E</link>

So 2 things are wrong:
- duplicate domain
- add "20hreflang%3D%22fr%22%3Eview%3C/a%3E" at th end of URL

If I check "Render as text" , this is better but give me WSOD on the RSS feed url:
https://www.lycee-celony.com/fr/socialnetwork-celony/rss.xml

On my dev website, this is better.
If someone can tell me which setting is wrong, he will be welcome :)
