My bad with applying the patch. The patch was applied successfully but not worked as expected. After using exposed filters the facets values are gone.
I'm fairly certain this isn't a problem with our site, but feel free to correct me.
Using a views exposed block and facets:
When you do the second search (Step 3), the results don't include the active facets in step 2 (which I assume is desired behaviour). But the facets are still marked as active and the summary block still suggests facets have been applied to the search, when they actually haven't.
I'll try dig into the code now and see what I can find, if I have no luck I'll post up some redacted screenshots.
Hopefully thats clear enough to try replicate the issue?
