When an entity is using one of the list_* field types, we need to be able to index the labels instead of the values if the site builder want to allow fulltext search in those labels.
Create a processor that allows to index those labels.
Provide a basic patch to validate the technical solution.
A new general field type is provided to be added to the index. It asks the user to select one list_* field of the datasource bundles.

The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.
